Download the upgrade file for the BN here. File name “SYS.A3.B10.XXX.0.9xx.0xx.00.tbn” (presently 989.037 is the current release). Please Note: The name of the .tbn file in this article may be different from the name within the download link.

Power the BN and connect the laptop to the Management Gigabit Ethernet port of the BN.

Assign a static IP address of 192.168.10.x/24 to the laptop.

Type 192.168.10.2 into a web browser to access the BN’s web interface.

For the username and password, enter “admin” and “admin123”, respectively. This will bring up the BN’s web interface.

From the “Upgrade” section of the web UI, click on “CHOOSE FILE” and browse to select the upgrade file for the BN (“SYS.A3.B10.XXX.0.9xx.0xx.00.tbn”)

Click “CONFIRM UPGRADE”. A status window will then show the progress.

Upon completion, click “Go to REBOOT”. After ~5 minutes, the device will be upgraded, and the web UI will reappear.

Power the RN and connect the laptop to the RN’s PoE.

Assign a static IP address of 192.168.10.x/24 to the laptop.

Type 192.168.10.2 into a web browser to access the RN’s web interface.

For the username and password, enter “admin” and “admin123”, respectively. This will bring up the RN’s web interface.
