BN Not Showing Up in TCS

The BN will not show up in TCS if it cannot resolve the TCS address. To verify, follow these steps:

  1. Log into the BN web UI by connecting to the management or out-of-band management port.

  2. Click Setup in the navigation pane.

  3. Check the DNS Servers listed under Network Services. Verify the FQDNs and IP addresses are correct.

  4. Click Save Config.

  5. If the DNS Server information is correct:

    1. Check that the configured servers are responding via ping.

    2. Verify other websites load properly. If other websites load properly, contact Tarana Technical Support for further help.
